Project Description

You are invited to encounter what God is doing in Indonesia by helping Worldbridge Language Centre hold an English Camp.

The English Camp is a bi-annual event that is designed to equip Indonesian University Students in the use of English with the aim of establishing close relationships where the good news can be shared in a natural and friendly way. Past camps have proven to be highly effective, with many of the campers joining a monthly English Club where long-term redemptive relationships have been developed.

The primary goals for the Encounter Indonesia Short Term Mission Trip is to:

#          Equip team members for cross-cultural mission – The mission trip starts with a time of orientation and training where team members will prepare for the encouragement and evangelism aspects of the Mission Trip

#          Encourage local churches – During the trip the mission team visits local churches that have been planted and endeavour to encourage the local believers.

#          Evangelise University Students – The English Camp (3 day/2 nights) is designed to provide a quality, professional English language learning environment while at the same time planting opportunities for pre-evangelistic spiritual discussions.

#          Expose team members to how God is at work in Indonesia.
